There has been a lot of very positive feedback subsequent to the BBC broadcasts last Thursday (3rd June) about our buoyant Town centre. Of course, it would have been great to have had interviews with more businesses to showcase more of the Town and businesses, but the Beeb had a very tight schedule and also a specific agenda they wanted to cover too – so apologies to any businesses that missed out. Even some of those who were interviewed never made it past the cutting room floor, and there was only a fraction of what was said and filmed actually broadcast. So we do hope everyone will be understanding of that. Hopefully, overall it was a very positive piece about the Town that all businesses will benefit from.
